Privacy Policy

By default, SlopWatch collects no user data. However, if you want to rate a webpage, you must sign in with a Google account.

SlopWatch ties your Google account to your posted rating to prevent you from posting more than one rating per page.

Ratings are aggregated so that no personally identifiable information is shown to others.

Data Access and Usage

• Your google e-mail is displayed in a dropdown menu, and it’s also associated with each of your ratings in a database (through a randomly generated UUID).

• Your google profile name is displayed in the extension when you’re signed in. It’s not used anywhere else.

• An e-mail of your choosing is associated with your payments (through ExtensionPay), so that Slopwatch can know if you’re a subscriber (for potential future premium features)
